Reiki is a method using universal life force energy as a source for healing. The term comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning vital life force energy, which we understand to flow through all living beings.
The Reiki therapist channels energy by means of light touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s physical and energy body. This contributes to restoration of physical and emotional well-being. The internal and mental shift is both freeing and centering.
Science tells us that water is an excellent conductor of sound. As our bodies are roughly 60% water, we embrace sound frequency with no effort. Thus, our bodies are recalibrated through these vibrations releasing stress - emotional, physical and/or spiritual. Reiki practitioner Genevieve Deely, together with her beautiful crystal singing bowls, hosts small group and private sound baths at Integrative Healing.

Integrative Healing hosts two types of inclusive women's circles:
Monthly Full Moon Circles:
Join Connie Viglietti to celebrate the full moon. The moon acts as a mirror. Each full moon serves as an opportunity for reflection. These circles offer community and connection as women relate and share. We see it as a sacred time for that much needed self check-in.
6 week Sacred Circles
Also hosted by Connie, these circles include six meetings that explore a given topic in depth. The Chakra System Course allows participants to better understand their energy centers and learn ways to restore balance and incorporate healthy habits into their lives. Our in depth Moon Study gives women a chance to explore, understand and use the cycles of the moon to get in touch with their own cycles, intuition and power.
See our services page for upcoming circles!
Allergy Release Technique is a holistic approach to curing food allergies and other immune conditions and sensitivities. A.R.T. is different from conventional treatments because it gets to the root cause of the allergy, the over-reactive immune system and also calms the anxiety response.
During treatment, the practitioner works to identify what toxins and other stressors are overloading the immune system and throwing it into the heightened state. The practitioner also uses mind body techniques to alleviate the client’s fear of an allergic reaction.
The process begins with a 90-minute initial visit. After a general health history assessment, the practitioner will use an non-invasive, FDA approved radio-frequency device to identify the toxins and other stressors that are overloading the immune system. This device will be used at weekly follow-up visits, where the practitioner continues to identify and neutralize other allergens triggering the immune system.
Once the immune system has come back into balance, the practitioner will conduct a sensitivity screening of more than 200 foods, which enables the practitioner and client to address any additional underlying sensitivities that are contributing to the overload.
Another key component to A.R.T.is the use of mind-body techniques to alleviate fear. This is especially important for individuals who previously experienced the trauma of an anaphylactic reaction to food.
Once we strengthen the immune system and calm the anxiety response, we can slowly and safely reintroduce foods or resolve other immune conditions and, ultimately, enable the person to eat freely and live fully
