We employ Cognitive Behavior Therapy as a primary framework - seeking to reframe perspectives and thus alter future thought processes and actions. Depending on the client's specific needs and level of comfort, we also employ Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and other modalities.

A.R.T.’s process is different from conventional treatments because it calms the anxiety response and gets to the root cause of the allergy, which is the over-reactive immune system.
We use a non-invasive machine to identify the toxins and other stressors that are overloading the persons immune system as well as mind-body techniques and tools to alleviate the fear of an allergic reaction.
Once the immune system is strengthened and the anxiety response is calmed, we can slowly and safely reintroduce foods, resolve other immune conditions and ultimately enable the person to eat freely and fully.

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It's also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. We create a balance in your energy system by tapping acupressure points.
